Ashwin Sashi

Before moving into property full-time, Ashwin spent 14 years as a civil engineer with tier-one builders Lendlease, John Holland and CPB Contractors, delivering major commercial and infrastructure projects including WestConnex, the new M12 Motorway to Western Sydney International Airport, Sydney Water treatment plants, the Newell Highway, Palmerston Regional Hospital, Henbury School and Defence Housing assets. He knows how buildings are designed, built and maintained, and where defects and hidden costs sit - insight he brings to every building inspection, lease review and capex assessment for his clients.

He is also an investor himself. Ashwin built a residential portfolio across four states (NSW, QLD, SA and WA) before moving into commercial property, where he now focuses on assets with strong net yields, secure tenants and genuine value-add potential. He understands the client's side of the table because he sits on it.

Ashwin holds a Full Real Estate Licence and has completed his REIQ Buyer's Agent training. He has invested over $40,000 in specialist commercial property training, education and mentoring with some of the industry's most experienced commercial investors and buyers agents - and that investment in his education is ongoing.
